Go to you: My computer, open the C:, then windows.
once you r in windows click on winsxs. once this folder is opened
type in the search box stick; it brings you some folders
open the one with: search-ms:displayname=Search%20Results%20in%20winsxs&crumb=location:C%3A%5CWindows%5Cwinsxs\amd64_microsoft-windows-stickynotes-app_31bf3856ad364e35_6.1.7600.16385_none_493ba8a4d2fc9697.
This folder opens and you will c the stickynot application, open it
and wala --- that is ur stickynote that was lost.
